Mobile-leading brand Samsung is giving an apparent treat for its budget-friendly enthusiasts by giving the newest addition to the budget-end model, Samsung Galaxy J1 (SM- J100) which will enter the markets earlier next year (2015). As dictated through its name, J1 (SM- J100) is the first of the J series.
Based on the leaked information which circulated the net, J1 shows off with 4.3” TFT LCD WVGA screen display with limited resolution of 800×480 pixels. We can’t expect that J1 to sport a high-level performance, right? But to give the model credit, it is noted to be run by Android 4.4.4 version (Kitkat) and holds the possibility to be upgraded later with the latest Google Lollipop 5.0 at 1GB RAM. Chipset is not also frustrating for its 64-bit quad-core Marcell PXA1908 controlled by 1.2 GHz quad-core CPU.
Additional perks unfolds a 5MP primary snapper partnered with 2MP front snapper. And fear not for Samsung capacitates J1 for an expandable memory of up to 32GB since it only houses a not-so-bad 4GB internal. The battery is reliable at its 1850 mAh power.
Regrettably, the leak- source did not mention the pricing for this entry-level phone but be rest assured that it’s really pocket (or wallet) friendly!
