For the past decade, Nokia, which originated from Finland, had suffered a drastic drop in popularity when compared to its former glory during the basic phone days. Despite the fact that it became famous for its smartphones with Windows OS installed (as in the case of Lumia Series), we all know that it wasn’t enough for them to become famous once again. However, the times are constantly changing and the Finnish company had integrated the android OS in their present smartphones.
Nokia 6, 5 and 3
Being Nokia’s first attempt to manufacture Android-powered smartphones, these three has their own set of perks. The Nokia 6 and 5 are both powered by Snapdragon 430 chipset and runs in Android 7.1.1 Nougat. Both are known to run smoothly even though it lacks the gesture recognition feature, which is now becoming famous. Be informed also that the Nokia 6 Arte Black variant is the only one that has a 64GB internal storage and 4GB RAM while the other 6 variants have the 32GB/3GB combination as a standard. The Nokia 3, on the other hand, contains significantly lower specs compared to the two, having a MediaTek quad-core chipset, 8MP cameras and a 2650mAh battery.
Despite the fact that these three aren’t being recognized by the majority as Nokia-manufactured smartphones, we still can’t deny that this is a very good step for the company as a whole. However, only time will tell whether Nokia will finally be able to restore its former glory or not.
