It no longer news that Google powers Nexus but when we drop the bomb about a leakage of its alleged 2015 version, well that is a very promising news indeed! Nexus still has a fresh image in our mind being a Google-powered smartphone with impressive specs under the hood despite the lack of ‘cool factor’ with their snappers. However, Google may remedy this with the upcoming model.
The image exposes the same plastic build with the Nexus emblem and the slight bump signifying the primary snapper. This time, too, Nexus is endowed with the fingerprint sensor with just beneath the rear-facing camera. Not to be too much excited though, the alleged photo is said to be a mere prototype. Expanding our speculations, we can also say that it is a 5.7-inch giant also bears a display screen of 5.2 inches.
Nexus failed to impress the crowd with their snappers but as we have mentioned earlier, its maker might have reconsidered it since the handset is more likely to have a powerful rear snapper of either 16megapixels or 20megapixels. Not to waste such hefty sensor, it may work hand-in-hand with dual LED flash that works very well even in low light scenario and a laser autofocus.
Traditionally, basing from our past experiences with Nexus, the handset may be revealed by the second half of October. Just keep your fingers crossed and who knows, we may soon marvel and get our hands on with the 2015 Nexus 5.
