Last Tuesday, Motorola had launched two of its fourth-generation smartphones in India, namely the Moto G4 and Moto G4 Plus. Even though no price and release announcements have been made for Moto G4 yet, the company had released the price specifications for its two Moto G4 Plus variants during the company’s event in New Delhi. Just as the company had announced, the Moto G4 Plus 2GB RAM/16GB internal storage variant will be sold at Rs. 13,499 while the 3GB RAM/32GB internal storage variant will be sold at Rs. 14,999. It is also announced that both variants will be exclusive for purchase in Amazon in Black and White color versions. In addition to that, Motorola had also announced that the price specifications for Moto G4 will be announced prior to its own release date for various reasons.
Moto G4 and Moto G4 Plus Launched in India Last Tuesday
Experts have said that the Moto G4 and G4 Plus are almost similar except for a few and slight differences in specifications. Featuring a 153 x 76.6 x 9.8 mm body, the Moto G4 Plus sports a 5.5-inch HD display with a 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution and 401 pixels-per-inch density. Just like the Moto G4, the G4 Plus runs in Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow OS.
Taking a look inside, it has been revealed by experts that the Moto G4 Plus uses a 1.5 GHz Snapdragon 617 octa-core chipset. Needless to say, it supports Bluetooth v4.1, 4G LTE and Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n connectivity. In addition to that, the Moto G4 Plus has a 5MP front and 16MP rear cameras with dual-LED balancing flash, PDAF or Phase Detection Autofocus and Laser Autofocus features. Just as mentioned earlier. The Moto G4 Plus will be offered in 2GB RAM/16GB and 3GB/32GB variants. If you’re not contented about the storage capacity, you can still expand it by using a microSD card with size up to 128GB.
