TENAA, the known Chinese government authority that is responsible for the regulation of their gadgets such as tablets and smartphones, now certified another smartphone from Gionee: the F105 smartphone model. As of now, Gionee had already revealed what their latest smartphone model looks like.
Featuring an ‘Apple iPhone look’, this Gionee model has a 5-inch, 1280 x 720 pixel resolution IPS screen, according to recent rumors. As an addition, this one has a 144 x 71.3 x 8.1mm dimension and a 155-gram weight. It also contains a 2GB RAM, along with an expandable 16GB internal memory. If you’re not yet satisfied, you can also add up a microSD card that measures up to 128GB. This one is also rumored to run in Android 5.1 Lollipop OS and has a built-in 5MP front and 8MP rear cameras. However, this mid-range smartphone only features a 1.3GHz quad-core processor, compared to octa-core SoC by other Chinese smartphones. And just like iPhones, this model also comes in White, Silver and Gold versions.
Now that the Gionee F105 has gained approval from TENAA itself, it’s only a matter of a very short wait when the price and release date will be announced by the company itself.
