Elephone, a Chinese brand, had recently offered a mid-range model or a smartphone under $300 price range. The P9000, as the Elephone calls it, promises lots of features to its customers at an affordable price.
Featuring a 5.5-inch 1080p IPS LCD display, the Elephone P9000 has an aluminum frame and sandpaper-like back panel. Even though it’s somewhat cheap, the smartphone’s design isn’t cheap at all. As a matter of fact, it is very impressive, compact and attractive. The back panel also provides its users with a firm and secure hold. In addition to that, the P9000 also features a fingerprint scanner, which is somewhat rare in smartphones in this price range. Even though the scanner’s not that very responsive, it somehow lets you get your job done.
The Elephone P9000 also features a 2GHz MediaTek octa-core chipset along with a 4GB RAM. The 32GB internal storage is somewhat impressive in this price range. What’s more is that you can also expand the storage if you think that it is still not enough for you. This one runs in Android Marshmallow OS and also contains an 8MP front-facing shooter and a 13MP rear camera for taking pictures.
