Personal Assistant, Senior Scale Stenographer, Steno Typist

Eligibility per Job Post

Personal Assistant

A graduate degree with a minimum 55% mark
3 years of experience as Senior Scale Stenographer with acquired speed of 100/20 words per minute in English shorthand or typewriting; and 80/15 words per minute in Hindi shorthand or typewriting

Senior Scale Stenographer

A graduate degree holder from an acknowledged university, college or institute
Bachelors degree or diploma in Computer Application
5 years experience as steno typist or Junior Scale Stenographer or combined experience within 5 years
Acquired speed of 100/20 words per minute in English shorthand or typewriting; and 80/15 words per minute in Hindi shorthand or typewriting

Steno Typist

Degree in Bachelor of Arts, Science, Commerce or any equivalent from any acknowledged university, college or institution.

Age Requirement

Job seekers, please duly note the following age brackets:

General: (a minimum of) 18 years old and (maximum of) 42 years old
Employees of HSLSA/DLSA/ SDLSC/ PLA(PUS): (a minimum of) 18 years old
- (Note: Candidates already working temporarily in HALSA/DLSA/SDLSC/ PLA(PUS) against sanctioned posts for more than two years will get relaxation of age for the period in service in HALSA/DLSA/SDLSC/ PLA(PUS)
Widows / Women legally separated from Husband / Divorced women/ Women deserted by husband for more than two years: (a minimum of) 18 years old and (a maximum of) 47 years old.

Prerequisite

Haryana State Legal Services Authority requires a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 150 for male applicants and Rs. 75 for female applicants, which shall be paid by filling up bank draft form, sending to: STATE LEGAL AID FUND, Haryana State Legal Services Authority, via Chandigarh.

Pay Scale

Hired candidates will benefit the following salary and grade pay:

Personal Assistant : Rs. 9,300- 34,800 with a grade pay of Rs. 3,600
Senior Scale Stenographer : Rs. 9,300- 34,800 with a grade pay of Rs. 3,600
Steno Typist : Rs. 5,200- 20,200 with a grade pay of Rs. 1,900
