The mere mention of the name Harley Davidson on a rider’s ears is enough to send tingling shivers along his spine. On the part of old Harley’s competitors, its position in the market is truly enviable. On old Harley’s part, staying on top means wisdom to accept changes and adaptability to the wishes of consumers. Using these two powerful factors in H-D’s spirit, the brand has come up with its new platform after 12 years: the Street 750 and Street 500.
We are here not to talk about the latter model but the Street 750. Let’s see H-D made its magic once again in the $7,499 Street 750.
Street Performance
H-D endowed Street 750 with a liquid-cooled V-twin-powered cruiser with 60⁰ angled cylinders built around a new power plant called Revolution X. Good for the Harley, the engine is designed to face the stop-and-go traffic found in urban on the road lifestyle. Harley traditionalists claim that these are abominations to the pure H-D bikes that have air-cooled engines. However, H-D has the final say and it says ‘yes’ to change.
Generous steering lock plus the low center of gravity render the Street 750 a sense of parking lot agility. You can also note the suaveness at 70mph even in its weight of 503 lbs.

Street 750 is almost identical to the Sportster at first glance having its minimalist design language. It highlights the applied Bar-and-Shield 3D chrome emblem as decoration of the tank by each side of the Harley. Additionally, the 3.5 gallon peanut-shaped gas tank is sculpted on the bottom to embrace the cylinder heads. An instrument pod has been installed at the top of the pull-back tubular handlebars wherein analog speedometer and LCD odometer (tripmeter) and LED light indicator are designated.
