Job Description
• General Job Description: The individual will be accountable for the application and execution of development and design of AI official website. He will be handling the enhancements, upgrades, fixes, testing, maintenance and support of the website. He/she must be able to work independently and effectively coordinate or work on a team environment.
• He/she must perform the following tasks/ functions:
– Improve current methods of extracting, manipulating and providing information to help the company meet business objectives
– Automate data delivery methods from counter-parties into existing databases and programs
– Write, modify, debug and unit test .NET programs
– Work with outside vendors on interfaces to in-house applications
– Develop and modify reports and scripts in Trade Order Management system
– Develop and modify reports and calculations in Portfolio Accounting system
– Translate manual workflow processes into automated tasks
– Create stored procedures, views and tables for data warehouse
– Assist in the evaluation, testing and support of existing and new vendor software programs
– Document processes, procedures and protocols
– Frequent interaction with all departments within the company
– Collaborate with Systems Administrator on projects and serve as a backup resource
– Provide user training sessions on developed applications
Eligibility
• Must be a Bachelor’s Degree holder
• At least 2-4 years of employment experience in related field or function
• Exhaustive knowledge in: Microsoft.NET, scripting languages (e.g. powershell, PERL, etc.)VBA, Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (esp. in Excel, plus the complex formulas)
• Adequate experience in Microsoft SQL Server , Reporting and Integration Services and the Operating System (OS)
• Adequate experience in Charles River OMS
• Ability to accomplish projects from the point of inception to completion
• Knowledge with source control products and procedures
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
