Notion Ink Able 10

Notion Ink Able 10 Launched at Snapdeal at Rs. 24,990

Last week, another 2-in-1 tablet had entered the PC market despite its continued decline when it comes to demand and shipments. As of this time, the India-based company Notion Ink had launched another one of its creations, namely the Able 10. Being the successor of their previous Cain model, the Able 10 offers its customers a new acceptable look along with significant upgrades and features.

Notion Ink Able 10 Launched at Snapdeal at Rs. 24,990

Body Build

What you’re going to notice with Able 10 is that it’s significantly heavier than its Cain predecessor. This is because of the fact that its keyboard dock is now made of reinforced aluminum, which makes it sturdier compared than before. The volume and power buttons are located on the top part while the micro-HDMI port, USB 2.0 and 3.0 ports, micro-USB port and headphones socket are located on the left side. You will also see the keyboard’s docking mechanism right at the bottom of it.

Features

Having an Intel Atom quad-core SoC as its mainboard and CPU, it’s somehow surprising that the Able 10 has the ability to exceed its performance up to 1.8GHz. The Able 10 runs Windows 10 home 64-bit edition and contains 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage. And if in case that you’re not contented with that, you can still expand it by means of a microSD card. It’s also good to know that the Windows 10 had mobile editions of Microsoft Office installed along with Twitter and some Microsoft Games. What’s more is that there is no pre-installed anti-virus software, which most of us usually find annoying.

Performance

In general, experts have found out that the Able 10’s Windows performance is very smooth. It’s also a plus to know that its battery is proven to last for more than six and a half hours. However, the performance and cooling are affected by factors such as playing games and surfing to websites with otherwise high-resolution content. But despite all of these, having a twice amount of internal storage is very acceptable, considering the fact that most 2-in-1 tablets nowadays only offer 32GB capacity, most of it consumed by the operating system. And at the price of Rs. 24,990 via Snapdeal, the package isn’t actually a bad deal at all.
