Huawei P9 Plus

Huawei P9 Plus: Bigger in terms of Display, Memory and Battery

If you own a Huawei P9, chances are that a part of you is somewhat satisfied because of the camera while the other side isn’t. Whether it’s because of low memory and smaller display, we won’t be able to find out. However, if you’re planning to change your Huawei P9, we can say that you’ll get satisfied after seeing Huawei P9 Plus.

Huawei P9 Plus: Bigger in terms of Display, Memory and Battery

Compared to Huawei P9, the P9 Plus isn’t marketed as often. However, when it comes to specifications, P9 Plus is nonetheless greater than the P9 in various ways. The P9 Plus is only 7mm thick but is .3mm wider compared to P9. The wider dimension also enables it to have a bigger 3400mAh lithium-ion battery. However, just like iPhones, this smartphones’ battery isn’t removable. Some people say that this is an advantage, while some people say that they can bear with it.

On the other hand, its 5.5-inch AMOLED display has a faster Press Touch feature, which is one of its main features. The P9 Plus runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS along with the company’s EMUI v4.1 flavor. When it comes to its look, the P9 Plus is available in two different layouts, namely: Ceramic and Brushed Metal. The Ceramic model somewhat looks like a plastic at a distance but actually has a premium feel when you’re holding it.

Looking at its other specifications, it’s interesting to know that the P9 Plus has an IR sensor, which turns it into a TV remote once you decide to install a TV remote app in it. It battery, on the other hand, is a 3400 li-ion that supports rapid charging with the smartphone’s 9v/2a fast charger. Expert tests have shown and proven that the battery can fill up to 38 percent in just half an hour. It’s somewhat interesting to know that the fully-charged battery is capable of handling a 10-hour video playback, almost nine and a half hour web browsing and, most of all, almost nineteen hour’s worth of call time.
