The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission is an agency established in 1923 by the Constitution of India. This Commission address the rate of Indianization of the Indian Civil Service and the Indian Police.The Commission was composed of four Englishmen and four Indian as its Chairman. TNPSC conducts examinations for direct recruitment to the service of the nation. This process consists of both written and oral examination.
